Completed in multiple phases between 2010 and 2014, this comprehensive residential renovation reimagined both the interior and exterior of the home to support entertaining, guest accommodations, and leisure. The lower level was transformed into a distinctive underground “inn,” featuring four guest rooms and a shared dining and kitchen area designed to foster a welcoming, communal atmosphere.

The interiors reflect the client’s love of color, modern lines, and expressive forms, resulting in a vibrant and uplifting environment. Custom-designed built-in beds and sofas anchor each guest suite, allowing the spaces to be easily personalized with furniture and color while maintaining a cohesive architectural language throughout.

The exterior of the property was equally redefined through the addition of a custom-designed pool pavilion, along with a complete pool and patio renovation that modernized the grounds. A newly designed tennis pavilion further enhances the estate, extending the architectural vision across the landscape. Although situated in different locations on the property, the new structures create a series of serene destinations for leisure and entertaining, thoughtfully framing views and reinforcing a strong connection between architecture and the surrounding landscape.
