Completed in 2014, this four-story Brooklyn townhouse is a thoughtful exploration of materiality, craftsmanship, and architectural detail. Serving as the builder for this high-end residential project, our role was to seamlessly integrate a rich palette of materials—including wood, steel, brick, concrete, plaster, and hand-crafted tile—into a cohesive and refined whole.

Careful attention was given to transitions, junctions, and custom detailing to ensure each material complemented the next. The result is a five-bedroom townhouse designed for modern urban living, balancing durability, warmth, and elegance while supporting the needs of contemporary family life.
