Completed in 2019, this renovation and design collaboration with designer Lisa Perry reimagined a classic French Regency–style residence for modern living. Originally built in 1980 by Robert Gottfried, the home retains its elegant architectural character while embracing a more open, light-filled layout suited to contemporary lifestyles.

Spanning over 5,600 square feet, the residence includes six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, offering generous proportions for both family living and entertaining. Throughout the renovation, select interior walls were removed and new windows strategically introduced to enhance natural light, improve circulation, and create a cohesive open floor plan.

The redesigned interior establishes a strong visual and physical connection between the main living spaces and the outdoor pool and patio, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living. This thoughtful architectural update balances the refinement of French Regency architecture with the comfort, functionality, and openness expected of a modern luxury home.
