This project reimagines a historic carriage house through a careful balance of preservation and contemporary design. A three-story addition and newly introduced courtyard bring abundant natural light into the home, reinforcing the open, airy quality of the interiors.

On the main level, a seamless kitchen, living, and dining area creates a modern, fluid space designed for both daily living and entertaining. Sleek finishes, clean lines, and minimal detailing define the interiors, giving the home a distinctly contemporary character.

The reconstructed heritage façade respects the neighboring context, while the rear addition introduces a refined, modern expression. Inside, a restrained palette of natural stone, warm wood, and subtle textures reinforces a sense of calm sophistication.
